Always full gas is not about always going at full speed, but about being present in the moment and doing the things 100%. If the plan is for you to run crazy and intens intervals, then do so with full focus. If your plan is to relax on the couch or spend time with your kids or boyfriend, then do it 100%. Do not relax on half gas, because then you will not get the maximum out of it. Relax at full gas and do it fully.
